MBA Management & Leadership Skills
Building upon the cutting edge research being conducted in the Center for Health Organization Management; the Center for Innovative Organizations; the Center for Entrepreneurship and Family Business; and the Institute for Leadership Research, the Area of Management offers the Management and Leadership Skills concentration. This program offers hands-on skill-building coursework in leadership, team building, and negotiation and conflict management. Besides meeting the growing demand for talented and creative problem solvers who can deliver expert knowledge across industries, the program provides instruction in areas such as leadership, organizational change, stakeholder management, and executive skills.
